Apparently even magical plants need a little peace and quiet.
This sterling silver mandrake necklace features a tiny mandrake tucked inside its own little bucket, surrounded by leafy foliage and holding a miniature plaque that reads “Shh… Mandrake Needs Quiet Time.”
The bucket handle forms the bail, turning the entire miniature scene into a wearable mandrake root pendant.
Equal parts witchy, botanical, strange, and sweet, this little creature was inspired by the folklore and fantasy surrounding the mandrake.
It makes a playful piece of witch jewelry for anyone who would happily keep a suspicious magical plant growing somewhere in their home.
HANDCRAFTED IN STERLING SILVER
This piece is handcrafted by me in my home studio using the lost wax casting method.
Each pendant is cast in super small batches of sterling silver and finished by hand, allowing all of those tiny sculptural details to come through: the mandrake’s little face and body, the leaves spilling from the bucket, the raised handle, and the miniature lettering across the front.
This is not a mass-produced charm. Each piece passes through my hands during the casting and finishing process.
