The Troll Cross, (Swedish Trollkors), is said to be a protective charm…
Against negative entities and spirits. Not much is known about the origin about the Trollkors, except that a swedish smith called Kari Erlands made a piece of Jewelry out of it, based on the woods of Dalarnas län, Sweden in the early 1990’s.
According to Swedish, it protects the home and house of the family and the symbol itself indeed resembles the Rune of Othala, mentioned in the Rune Poems and is tied to the importance of a home.

We also know from Swedish Folktro, that Trolls are ticksters, they play games on you and may bring harm or damage upon your house, property or family, if provoked

I love my Delicate, Feminine Troll Cross Pendant! It’s so light weight you almost forget its there. Not bulky at all. I bought mine in Copper. Looks great with anything you wear and perfect, shortened to almost Choker Length on the adjustable, black cord.
