The Wicked Griffin handcrafts all items to order, in the order received. This production time is part of my shop policies and you check a box during checkout stating you understand and agree. If you do not, please do not place an order.
– These timeframes are estimates only and may change without notice based on the below factors
– Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to populate (I may pack and prepare your order for shipment the night before)
– One of a kind items are ready to ship and will ship within one business day unless you purchase other items which are made to order
– How many orders are currently in my queue (this is usually a lot when I have a sale or new collection launch and may extend processing time – especially during the months of November to January)
– How large and or complex each order is in my queue
– Orders are worked first come first served, however if I have more than 2 orders for the same item I will create them together as it is more time efficient for me to do so
– Remember I am a one woman artist/business and that each and every order is made by hand from raw materials one at a time and I do my very best to process each order as quickly as I can while also maintaining quality. Most made to order art jewelers have a 12 week minimum turnaround and this is a typical timeframe, so my own is not nearly as long.
– Please note that this is my full time job and I work on orders 7 days a week. I know how excited you are to receive your item and I do my best to get it to you as quickly as I can.Â
– With this said, your order may ship sooner 🙂
