Yes.
And this one still makes me a little sick to think about.
I asked Viktor to do a full conversion audit of my website. It reviewed the homepage, shop page, product pages, cart, checkout, about page, footer, and mobile experience.
It found 21 separate issues.
Some of them were embarrassing.
Every single product page had a tab called “Custom Tab” that showed Latin placeholder text. Lorem Ipsum. Default theme content that was never removed.
Any customer who clicked it saw gibberish.
I had no idea it was there.
My homepage “Featured Products” section had Lorem Ipsum in the subtitle too. Right there on the front page.
There was no meta description on the homepage, so Google was guessing what to show in search results.
There was no “Shop Now” button in the hero section, so visitors who did not scroll had no clear path to buy.
Product variation labels were abbreviated Etsy import codes instead of real words.
Things like:
WhitBronz+SteelChain
instead of:
White Bronze + Stainless Steel Chain
And my website displayed zero product reviews, despite the fact that I have more than 8,000 reviews on Etsy.
Every product page said “Reviews (0).”
Lovely.
Very professional.
Definitely not the kind of thing that makes me want to crawl under my workbench.

What Viktor Did That No One Else Could Fix
This is the part that made me sit back and think… okay, this is different.
Over the past few years, I have had two different IT guys go into my dashboard and my Google Analytics to look at a problem I had been having.
Both times, I was told it was fixed.

I do not have SKUs set up properly.

Some reviews were lost in the process. Around 4,000 of them. And honestly, I do not even care because some of those products are no longer offered, some data did not match cleanly, and some listings probably had issues that were not worth chasing.

If I had tried to do that by hand, it probably would have taken me months. I am not exaggerating. Months.
